Apparently, we’ve got it all wrong in the office. During our coffee breaks, we drink coffee. Sometimes tea. And maybe there are biscuits, maybe.
In the municipal office in Pistoia, a town near Florence, two employees on their coffee break make a neat little line on an upturned side-plate and enjoy something powdery to perk up the rest of their day.
The only fly in the ointment is that their afternoon delight was caught on a hidden camera. It was installed by the police for an immigration investigation and they were caught by accident.
Were the employees fired? Were they punished? Two words tell you everything you need to know: internal investigation.
